Chicken Kiev is good. I also had some kick-ass free range chicken in a simple lemon based sauce at the California Grill in Disney World once.

Schnitzel with gravy and caramelised onion jam.

The day my local pub stopped serving it as part of its pub grub was one of the saddest days EVAH.

Fried, though it's hard to find good fried chicken.

I also like Arroz con Pollo, basically dishes with grilled or sort of fried but not breaded.

Fried chicken preferably. But I also love BBQ chicken. My mom makes this BBQ chicken that's OH SO GOOD! She cuts the fat and inedible parts save the actual meat, puts it in her special marinade overnight and then grills until the meat is cooked and the outside is a bit charred. Okay well grilling is not BBQing I admit but in the end all that matters is the taste of that chicken.

Cooking chicken whole over the grill after placing a beer can in its insides is good (there are books devoted to the subject).

Chicken parm is also quite good.

And there's a store not far from my house which once made the best rotisserie chicken (yeah, I don't know how to spell it either) which transcended words.

Where's the "all of the above" options? :yumyum:

BBQ Chicken and Chicken Parmesan are among my favorites. But to choose just one...oh so hard!

I ate both grilled and fried chicken at dinner tonight :D.
