Hey, that's a good idea! Could keep them as pets or get them to help pluck fruit or something. They're not good for plowing, or any 'real' work for that matter, though...

I will probably seek any large animals. Move south and conquer that island of mammoths and bring them under my control. And they were alive until 1500 bc so I had plenty of time to save them.
Perhaps in the south I can find some giant sloths or Rhinos. Maybe even Saber tooths.
