Choosing maps for smaller Scenarios

Based on feedback here and Steam workshop, there is a demand for smaller maps in scenarios, so I'd like to have opinions from users that have problem running the larger maps (that means all except Stalingrad) when they play a complete civilization game on those possible candidates:

I think that for the world map the Vadus World is better and more clean than the other (and Europe seems a bit bigger) but i cannot find the dimension...
For the european one I think that 48x45 is less the dimension of a standard map? If so I think that Europe by Matros can work.
