Chrome has suddenly decided to suck

So something happened to chrome and I'm not sure what. The display for text and dropdown boxes is different and dropdown boxes are all messed up. When I select from the list, sometimes it vanishes when I try to scroll and it highlights everything, not just the one I am selecting.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Change to another browser (except for IE)
