I'd be happy to give Bismarck Philosophy for peace. (However, can we attempt to see if we can get peace for nothing without losing the peace for philosophy trade?)

As I have posted in the thread GeorgeOP linked to, I think we also need to decide what the future is once we have a ceasefire (if that is the way the poll goes). This will affect what we build during the ceasefire.

Why not? The CA has voted for this trade. It's not like the CA will be diffent next term, only the officers that give the instructions themselves.

Maybe I am confused...I thought I remember reading a section on when certain types of polls didnt "count " the following term. I will look and see...

CA's are initiatives, so they are in effect until superceded (or the event is no longer relevant). Instructions will be posted for the current TC.
