Long time ago I downloaded an scenario for CIV II about the rise of the Roman Republic etc. The scenario opened with an audio file that said (or that is what I understod) "Citizens of Rome, we have gathered here to mark the end of an era", and then a very "powerful" music sounded. This is just to ask the creator of this scenario (if he is still around CIV world) to create for C3C the same scenario, now that in theory (I have not checked myself) the editor allows to create good scenarios. By the way please to future Mediterranean scenario creators, do not close the Black sea, it looks more realistic to let Anatolia and Istanbul separated.

I think it is good, but the scenario of the CIV II was much better, and now the C3C with so many possible different tribes and improvemenrts I think will be superb. In my opinion the scenario looks a little bit empty, I do not get the feeling of the Ancient Meditterranean the other got.

Maybe check the customization & mods forum... With luck someon already developed a Roman Scenario !

Someone did do an updated to civ3 verison of that scenario, look in the Completed Scenarios forum under the Creation and Custiamztion forum. It might be hard to find without the search feature tho.
