A place where you don't mind staying and enjoy the view. In fact, bask in the glory of your cities. Take time away from tedious unit shuffling. Unlike the base city screen, which is too technical, like a spreadsheet. Totally uninteresting, even revolting. You just want to get in and out. Makes city management low priority to war simulator. Let's refocus the game to its intended purpose: your civilization, not your army.
