# city limits for different governments?

So I'm playing a game and I have a ton of cities (not sure how many) and some of them are randomly getting very annoyed (ie everyone in city is unhappy no matter what I do). Does anyone know if there are limits on the number of cities you can have for any given government? Also, my army's HUGE, does that make a difference?

When you view a city, click on an unhappy person. That will tell you the reason they are unhappy (too crowded, war, draft, oppression, etc). Then we can help you solve your problem. No there is no unhappiness from having too many cities.

There is indirectly. Too many cities results in high corruption, which means that if you are using tax money luxuries to make people happy, cities with high corruption will go into disorder too.
