City Management & Specialist Guide(s)?

Sorry for the noob question, but I'm looking for a guide or guides for strategies for city growth and using specialists in BNW. I've been playing Civ V for years, but I never mastered using specialists or building tall empires.

Anyone have some useful, current links?
