City models?

I'm new to this, so does anyone know where the city models are?

Looking through the folders in the Civ4 directory, and it looks like Firaxis has everything in weird locations.

I've found structures folders, but they only seem to have models for individual buildings, and not city layouts. I've seen Cities folders in the Art directory, but none of those seem to have city models.

Help would be greatly appreciated!

Part of your problem is sure, that no all art is in the normal folders.
Some of the art (okay, the main parts) are packed into .fpk files, which are in the Civilization\Assets folder.
You can unpack this folder by using PakBuild.

And look at Cultural Citystiles .
It's a great graphical modpack.
