City notes?

Idle thought - what if there was a way to add notes to a city that could be seen within the city screen?

Or if I could right-click on a tile within the BFC and add a sign post for the strategy layer.

this sounds interesting. I would suggest a little icon like the excel notes on a cell method - shows the info as you hover over it.

The Strategy Layer had its own sign layer that I had to remove temporarily when I reworked it. It will make a comeback when I can get a general sign manager because it will have to interact with normal signs, EventSigns, and SL signs with each layer having a separate visibility switch.

Yes, a general note-taking window that you can attach to cities and for the game as a whole would be nice.
