City placing

Hi everyone.

Now, I was just wondering but (I looked up the English, American and Generic strategies for this) since the game says it gives the accurate name of the city whenever I settle somewhere, I need help in where to place my cities from the spawning point in the game. When I played England, I settled there and instead of London and Plymouth as the strategy guide says to find, I get Canterbury and Bath.

My question is,
Where from moving from American Washington would I find:

Sin
Chicago
Denver
Grand Rapids

wait, you get Canterbury when you settle your first city on where London is?

You could go to WB and settle some English cities in England to see the cities' names for these locations. Remember tho that some cities have more than one tile that can be settled on.

Do you move your starting English settler, of found in place?

You could just save/load until you find the right tile for your settler.


or just rename the city !
