First of all, a big shout out to the folks behind the TSL Earth Remastered and Yet (not) Another Maps Pack mods. I really love real world maps for Civ, so these mods/maps are made for Civ gamers like me.
But I have a little problem with getting the city-states on the map. (I am playing the VIKING's Giant Earth map)
I have tried different CS Selection Usage and City-State number configurations in the advanced settings, but I always end up with only 5-10 city states on the entire map.
So my question is: if you manage to get more city states on the TSL Earth Remastered maps, which settings and configurations will you recommend?
