City - Town order in the resource screen

I'm currently playing a game as Hatshepsut and have moved into the exploration age

in the Antiquity age my capital of Waset was at the top in the resource screen but now it's moved down and the order has changed completely
Is there a way to reorder them or to sort by Capital - City - Town?
