City UI & Specialists Overlapping Issue

I'm getting two specialists at the top of the right screen (lawyer & something else), and it's overlapping with other things. Anybody else with this issue, and is there a solution?

Are you playing vanilla V36 ? Because there was a problem like that in V36. That problem has been fixed in the beta's for V37

You will Need to start a new game with the v36 Crime patch Full update. You old v36 games will not be save compatible with the Full Patch pre v37 beta.

We had to go thru some house cleaning in the Mod that broke older save games.

I have had an idea on how to further improve the specialist area of the city screen but it needs some experimentation. With luck it will give us a step on the way to able to ban the use of a specialist in a city or nation and prioritise others.
