"City X can hurry Granary..."

I've seen in some people's screenshots what seems to be a UI mod or other extra log, top centre of the screen, saying things like City X can hurry improvement Y with suchandsuch a pop cost and so much overflow.

How does one get that? The information on it looked handy.

Heh, was just coming back for my "found it!" post.

Not a bad teaching aid from the looks of things, particularly for people who neglect some facet of micro or don't bother with slavery thinking they'll figure it out when they have enough free brainpower to worry about doing overflow math + bonus hammer math + timing growth right math on top of their quotidian "Monty is next to me ohcrapohcrapohcrap" problems.
