Civ 1-6, ww2 scenario America Enters the war?

Can anyone tell me if any of the Civilization games 1-6 has a version where you can enter the War just Prior to WW2 as the Americans using Roosevelt.
Wanting to use this for a History Course
If anyone knows of a version of the game that does this please let me know

I don't know of a Civ game like that, but Paradox's Hearts of Iron IV is perfect for that.
