Civ 2 MPG ---> Civ 3 rules

I know this isn't quite civ3 but I reckoned it was close enough

I've recently got myself Civ 2 MGE for my iMac, but am frustarted after playing Civ 3 on my brothers' laptop. Is there any rules.txt or any other civ2 MGE mods that give Civ2 a Civ3 behaviour?

No. The engine is totally different. About all you could do is mimic most of the units and city improvements.
