Civ 3 Complete On A UHD Monitor

I posted this question in the Tech Support forum, but thought I might have better luck here -

I added "KeepRes = 1" to the .ini file; it works fine on an HD screen but not UHD - any thoughts?

I wouldn't recommend it anyway. Only about a quarter of the map view will be usable because overlays get cut off. If you change the monitor resolution to 1920x1080 it will scale cleanly.

Gracias! The problem w/changing the res is that Windows then thoroughly "rearranges" my desktop icons
