Civ 3 Complete?

After playing Civ 4 for a while, I decided that I might want to try Civ 3 again because my computer can't handle anything larger than small maps on Civ 4.
So I looked up my local store (futureshop) for Civ 3 and was surprised yet puzzled to find this: http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/proddetail.asp?sku_id=0665000FS10086048&logon=&langid=EN&test_cookie=1

The box is Civ 3 Complete but it says Civ 3, and 9.99? Can anyone please tell me if this is Civ 3 vanilla or civ 3 complete...oh yes btw I already have Civ 3 vanilla...

I'm not sure but Amazon is selling complete for $12 so it may very well be complete. I guess the price dropped significantly over the past few months.

It is "complete". I got a copy at the weekend for 5GBP.

Thanks for the replies guys, but I just figured out that it is not in stock at my local store... Well, I just gotta go get it elsewhere. Also, one question. has the corruption been fixed? Back then I found it a huge annoyance because if you have a somewhat larger empire then the border towns/ farther away towns were so corrupt that I could not build or do anything in it.

Unfortunately, Corruption has NOT been fixed, and in some respects is worse, as the Forbidden Palace has less effect. I have put together some game mods that cut it down, that the purists really do not like, or you could simply work on the corruption slider in the Difficulty Levels menu on the editor. Pollution is another headache, that I deal with by setting the Clear Damage Worker Action to 4. One worker, one turn to clean up, plus some other changes.

Corruption problems under vanilla where omproved under patch 1.29f,

I think that complete is simialr to patch 1.29f excepting the forbidden palace change, i think it is similar to this, though i stand to be corrected,

are there any patches for complete or are they not needed?

Complete contains both expansion packs and is all fully patched.

sure has

matter of fact there is LOTS of it! makes for really fun science farms

they broke communism though. it's less corrupt now, so no more fun with science farms with communism
