It's been a very long time since I have been to this site and I don't quite remember how to get the Gotm. I just wanted to suggest having a always on top message at the top of that forum giving a basic overview of the gotm.

Thanks TF !! This site is so helpful. I also found a post that answered the question for me on how to see all the civs on the foreign advisor screen when playing 16 civs.
