We are a couple of Civ 3 players who want to try and get some more people involved in a local multiplayer game on Merseyside.
If anyone in the Liverpool area fancies getting involved in a game over the course of a saturday afternoon/evening then please get in touch with Mark at mark.perry@merseymail.com
Few guidelines:
1) If you're in, you're in for the duration of a game, something like 2 - 10 on a weekend afternoon.
2) No kids. We're in our twenties, we have lives, jobs, girlfriends, hobbies, friends, hygiene and money. Don't bother applying if you're still at school. Uni students ok.
3) One of us smokes. Like a chimney. Don't apply if this upsets you.
4) If you've got your own kit (a laptop would be good) then that's a bonus. We've got access to a couple of spare terminals, but its a pain in the arse carting it all around. Oh, and if you've got a network hub that's even better (we don't, but would invest in one if we got sufficient interest).
