Id like to complain about the editor. Not its functionality as it does more then I could have hoped for but it has ruined some of my fondest memorys of the original civ.
I spent months taking apart the original game with a hex editor to do some of the things the first game that the editor lets me do in seconds. I had more fun ripping the game apart to figure out how it worked. The editor just makes it way to easy.
This is only a half heated complaint however. The editor is a great tool and there are still reasons to hex edit the bic files and save games
