If you mean for free, then no, it's protected by copyright. You can buy the game on steam still (and GoG), and they often have it on sale, but I'm sure it's still pretty cheap to buy at full price.

Thanks Jarred, I got the game downloaded from steam on my home system, I was looking for an online option to play at work during breaks and lunch. Our systems at work will not run the game. Thanks again.

Here's an idea, but I'm not sure if it's very practical: you could set up remote access to your home PC from a mobile device (a phone might be too small), or if you're feeling bold, access from your work PC (although coworkers with access to your work PC would then potentially be able to access your home PC as well).
