Civ 4 BTS problems

After purchasing my copy today, I installed and reinstalled 3 times and I get the error

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000ba). Click on OK to terminate the application.

All other expansions work except this one.

Go into the command-line (windows-button+r), type "cmd", then "chkdsk c:/f", say yes, restart your pc, and let it check your hdd.
This may solve the problem.
