Hey folks, just playing Realism invictus for a while. But now im struggling a little bit about the poor Diplomatic possibilities.
I know that it is not easy to change anything in the Diplomatic section because it is hard coded.
But maybe I have overseen a mod that adds some new Diplomatic Features for civ 4.
I just tried Civ 5 Vox Populi and I like the way you don't have to focus on your own empire most of the time, but can look over your borders

But lets be honest: Civ 5 cant really be a solution.
So are there mods who improvea the diplomacy in civ 4?
