I've noticed that there aren't any scenarios for Civ 4 that have a unique victory condition like Civ 3 scenarios. For example, Civ 3 scenarios Escape from Zombie Island and Lord of the Rings have very specific and unique victory conditions.
Of course, there are several Civ 4 mods that have unique victory conditions like Rhye's of Civ (the mother of unique victory conditions) and FFH2. But, scenarios for Civ 4, like Jeelen's scenarios or Navy Sea's Rise of Islan, are very interesting in design, except the victory conditions (being the stock ones) are rather boring. No offense to the scenario creators, I'm just think with these specific scenarios, there should be specific victory conditions. For example, it would seem that to "win" the Rise of Islam, you'd have to do something with Islam rather than simply conquer the world, or build a spaceship, or have high-culture cities, etc.
Is this because unique victory conditions in Civ 4 require the knowledge of C, whereas Civ 3 had a user-friendly (but weaker) scenario editor?
P.S. If anyone can recommend a unique victory condition scenario for Civ 4, this would be appreciated.
