Civ 4 shotcut command line help

I've heard there is a way to make the game boot to a mod (fall from heaven) directly by adding to the shortcuts command line. Can someone show me an exact example of what this edited line would look like in entirety? Something I'm missing is preventing this from working, and I'm tired of loading standard Civ4, then reloading the mod. Any/all help is appreciated. -Jeff

add the following after the .exe path so that it looks like this:

"...\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 4\Beyond the Sword\Civ4BeyondSword.exe" mod= Mods\ModName
