Civ 4: The Complete Edition - UK release?

Does any one know if the DRM free US only Civ 4: The Complete Edition (http://www.2kgames.com/civ4/complete/) is going to be released in the UK.

The closest I can find is Civ 4: Complete http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sid-Meiers-Civilization-IV-Complete/dp/B000W2FICG which is not DRM free and is missing the Colonisation game.

You can get it on Steam for 10$ sometimes.

My games computers is not connected to the internet (A combination of the fact I don't play MP and my connection is crap (I would max out the tiny monthly limit before I had downloaded the whole game))

$10 is a good price though for those that can use steam
