Civ 4 Vanilla-BTS Leaderhead Wally's

I have had a request for the rest of the leaderhead wallpapers like those at the 2k site link below, and I can't seem to find the rest: http://www.2kgames.com/civ4/downloads.htm.

Has anyone made these up or are they just a few from 2K site?

Those would be the only wallpapers that exist as far as I know. You can go to www.civilization.com and see if the Warlords/BtS sites have any more.
