Well taking an average we'll get it late June.

I'd guess from the fact that there are three different release dates that they're just guessing for now, because they don't want to list it without a date.

true release dates are slippery at best of times. Least we have an idea of the prices that us in the UK will be expected to pay when it does arrive this summer. I should point out that other sites may well have posted prices too but i only searched 4-5 sites.

Retailers give out release dates to get your money through pre-orders. Nothing's official until Firaxis announces it. Still, it's clearly the right ballpark.

I believe that Amazon did this same thing before the release of Civ4, they put out some date for release and ended up being off by a few weeks. I wouldn't count on any date except for the one Firaxis gives us, which I don't believe they have done yet.
