I have a Sony Viao VGN-FZ290 with Windows Vista and recently installed a burned copy of Civilization 4 from my friend and installed the v109 patch. When I try to start the game I get the following message:

Civilization4.exe Unable To Locate Component
This application has failed to start because boost_python-vc71-mt-1_32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

Does anyone know how to remedy this situation? I am in a "lesser developed country" so don't think I can go out and buy a new copy at the local EB, Wallmart, or use Amazon, etc.
Would downloading all of the patches on the Firaxis website help this situation, or does downloading the most recent one cover all your bases? Thanks for your help, I really need to get my Civ fix
