CIv 5 Crash at turn 250+

I have a crash that only seems to happen around the renascence era and it wont let me proceed past it. It seems to happen when the game is auto-saving right as the barbarians are taking their turn. I have uninstalled and re-installed it, removed Mods, even tried to reload the game from an earlier save. Nothing seems to be working.

I have an AMD Phenom II 1055 with 4 gigs of ram, a AMD 5770 VC, and 1TB WD BE HD.

According to Windows 7 Diagnostics, everything is running the way it should.

I was able to determine it was a Mod. Amer-Asian resources V3. I don't what it does that caused it to fail but it is what was doing it. When I loaded a previous saved game that mod was not there and it continued to run fine.
