Civ 5 directx 11 shortcut - Ultramon/Dual Monitor

Hi,

When I click on the shortcut to start civ, a menu appears where you can select DX9 or DX10/11. If you right click in the menu somewhere, the is an option to create desktop shortcuts for DX9 or DX10/11. However, when I click on my DX10/11 shortcut, it brings up this menu again!

How do I stop that menu from popping up. Im using ultramon to custom turn off my second monitor when the game starts. But this menu interrupts that and my second monitor becomes active again. So that is the annoyance im looking to fix here.

For the shortcut, this should get fixed with the next patch, as far as i know.
