Civ 5 into Warcraft Orcs & Human

In my mind i have a long time ago the dream to create a scenario like
Warcraft Original : Orcs and Human

Created finish:

The western Kingdom Map
The Kingdom of Lordaeron
The Kingdom of Stormwind
The Orc Clans .... Many of them ( I love Orcs)

Some new Units and some new Buildings.

What will i do in the Future (Where can i need help)

I will edit the Techtree.
Renaisance and later time is not very fantasy style.
I like to change the Renaisance Time into a Fantasy Timeline.
With new Buildings, Wonders and Units offcourse.

I need help with my english

I need some new Units : .. like a Dragon rider, Orc Bowman and others

I need help to change the Tech...

If i became no help. I will create this on my own.
This is only a question of Time

I would be especially grateful for someone who can transfer Civ4 Models
*.ini into *.gr2
I have try to do this but i must give up this work. Nothing worked.
