CIV 6 not launching after newest Launcherupdate

After the newest small Launcher Update (worked via Launcher before) it wont load / after selecting a Version from the Launcher it states "running" but quits without a message / simply closes.

Tried the "legacy" Option already - same result.

Anyone else got this problem solved?

P.S. Deleting launchpad + winsteam Folders -> downloading missing files -> Not working either
