Civ 6 on PS4 missing content

Hi there,

I own Civ 6 with all DLC content for PC, and decided to purchase it for PS4/PS5. For my surprise, the game is missing a lot of content: secret societies, monopolies, etc. Can you confirm that this is the situation for PS4/PS5? I was surprised to not see any discussion about this issue on internet (it makes me wonder if I'm experiencing a glitch or missed to buy any DLC).

It should be there. Do you have the New Frontiers Pass? Those game modes were part of New Frontiers in the various different paid DLCs. It is definitely sold on the PS4 platform:

So, check the following:

1. That you definitely own New Frontiers.
2. The New Frontiers DLCs are all active and not disabled.
3. That Rise & Fall and Gathering Storm are also active and not disabled.
4. Ensure thst you are using the Gathering Storm ruleset. This is important because some NFP content depends on GS ruleset being used to be available.

If all those points check out, you have a bug and you need to report it. I would be inclined to believe that one of them is the problem, though. It would be strange for us to not have heard of it before if a bug that serious had occurred.

I purchased for PS5:

Sid Meier's Civilization VI Platinum Edition
Sid Meier's Civilization VI Anthology Upgrade
Civilization VI - New Frontier Pass

With your answer, I figured that I also had to manually install the individual packages of New Frontier (I assumed that by only buying NF it would install automatically). I did it, and now the content is available.
