Civ 7 implemented 3 of my greatest ideas: Yes, it was I who suggested that civilizations should evolve. This was my biggest suggestion, and made a big thread about it. Although, perhaps like the Telegraph which was simultaneously invented in Europe and America at the same time, I wasn't the only one who thought of it. America in the ancient world, and Aztecs in the modern age didn't seem right to me. I also suggested that technologies could have a basic version, or a more advanced version for those who wanted to go deeper into what it offers. Finally, I had suggested a couple times the concept of specific types of towns, instead of just having lots of universal basic cities.

So I just wanted to say thanks for implementing these ideas. I don't think my current PC would be able to run the game just yet, but I can see it's been made different and confusing enough that it would take years to master the intricate dynamics of its systems. (Personally, Civ 5 and Civ 2 were my favorite entries in the series, although I quite enjoy the brainwork of district planning. King Phaedrons agenda might be something like: likes Civs who get a lot of adjacency bonuses, hates those who haphazardly manage their districts.)

Now for the main topic of this thread. CIV 7 is in fact, a perfectly balanced game. Here is Spiffing Brit to explain in 20 minutes why this is the case.
