Civ doesn't show up in Mod Screen.

Well, I have tried to mod once more. I have got as far as being able to get the abilities all working and stuff, albeit with all references the same as the mod I was using as a base. It was working up until the point where I changed the references. I cannot try to debug this because it doesn't even show up in the mod screen (the main problem). I also belive that the code is correct otherwise from previous tests, so all I really need is someone to get the mod to function properly. I wanted to keep this mod a secret, and so it shall remain, so if anyone is interested in helping get this to work, then I will PM you the stuff. Thanks in advance!
