CiV G&K Problem...

CiV worked perfectly (I'm using directx 9) until I installed G&K (I also Updated to 1.0.167 or something like that)... Now when I try to launch the game this "thing" (I don't know the name ) pops up:

Entry Point Not Found The procedure entry point
?NotifyDatabaseUpdated@StringDictionary@Localization@@QBEXXZ
of the procedure in the library of dynamic linking (I translated this part from italian, I hope you'll understand )
CvLocalizationWin32Final Release.dll.

and then the game doesn't start.

I'm not very good with computers but I can understand that this thing sucks .-. .
Please Help me!

First thing to do: Check the integrity of the game files in Steam.
That should redownload broken stuff, and hopefully fix this problem (because it sounds like a broken installation).
