Civ Icons not working

I am completely new to modding, and I've been trying to add a custom civilization in. Everything's kind of working, except for my icons: I've converted them all to DDS files, they aren't outside of the image borders (i think), and yet for some inexplicable reason it won't show up in game and spams me with error messages. I have no idea what I did wrong, or what files to include with this post. Please help
