Will slap Your face when offered unprofitable trade : Yes
Will slap Your face when angry: Yes
Will slap Your face if You got snake in Your pocket or You're just happy to see her: No
Will slap Your face just for the fun of it: Yes

It's all true

You can be best friends with her and she will demand stuff all the time and once you start telling her no it's nothing but slaps and war decs.

She will also nuke you at Friendly if someone pays her enough. Easily the most volatile civ. No one is safe!
