CIV IV and Vista Patch from Microsoft

Hi,

today I found an Article about a patch for Vista.
Vista had a Problem with most of the 3D Games.
On a german Site there was CIV IV listed.

If you load this patch the game will run faster and better.

the second one is the newest display driver from NVIDIA
