I was taking a look at the civ iv diplomatic features topic (and its steam page), and there seem to be some bugs. For example, trading a civ to liberate their vassal, and the vassal is not liberated but they still get whatever you traded them. Or, being able to vassalize a lot of other civs in one turn using a defensive pact or something. Or, trading your world map for techs or luxeries, even though the other civ has already unlocked satellites.
Also, last time I played with this mod, it seems that I was one of the only ones really utilizing vassals. I don't think any other civ had a vassal in the game. I played 2 or 3 games with it and this was always an issue.
Have any of these things been addressed? I want to start a new game with this mod enabled but due to the exploits, lack of ai actually making their own vassals, and especially trading for liberation not really working, I'm afraid I'm not comfortable using it.
I'm specifically wondering about the community patch only, by the way.
