Hi, i recently installed Civ IV on my laptop (HP Tx2500z, mobility radeon 3200, 3gb RAM, AMD Turion X2 2ghz, windows 7 ultimate 64x) and enjoyed playing Civ IV for a number of weeks, but soon enough i wanted to try the expansions, so i fire up BTS or Colonialization, but after the initial black screen/spinning globe icon, the program just minimizes out. i try to maximize it again but it just minimizes back to desktop. I tried reinstalling several times, applying patches, compatibility modes, but nothing ever seemed to work. On top of it, after all the reinstalls vanilla civ iv has the same problem.
Any ideas?
