I recently received Civilization IV Gold as a gift. It included a manual. The manual states clearly on the outside that it is an "abridged manual," "full manual on disc 3." The only thing on disc 3, is data4.cab. My question is, "Where's the full manual?" What I'm specifically looking for at the moment is a complete listing of the game's hotkeys.

there have been a few versions with a pdf version of the manual - but not all. In any case the manual is nearly useless anyways since much of it is incorrect
