[Vanilla] CIV IV on Windows 10

So I have installed the game and it installed seemingly fine, I went to launch it, and it told me to launch with administrator privileges. I start it with admin privileges and it asks if I want to allow it to run, I click yes, nothing happens. Any ideas?

After trying again many times I now get an error Window; File System Error (-1073741189)

I finally gave up and went to gog.com and I was able to buy Civ3 complete and Civ4 complete for less than $9 US. It sucks buying a game you already own but sometimes for a great game its worth it.
