Yes.
MP is fun, if you can get a decent game set up and SP is worth it. I rarely play MP due to some of the slow people and I have a blast playing by myself on SP.

Definitely!!! The Xbox version is awesome! I only got the DS version (okay, I actually bought a DS just for it) because we go on 10-hour long car trips a lot (and listening to my hubby's NPR show over and over again in different states is aggrevating at best).

Depends. If you'd really like a more simplified, signifigantly shorter game of civ, then you can't go wrong with rev.
