Civ V has stoped working!

I am getting Random Crashes where the game stops working and task manager says CivV has stopped working. Not sure where to go from here can anyone help? Here is my DXDiag:

You could try to verify the integrity of the game cache.

Other than that, I don't know what to tell ya.
