Hi There. Four times in the past 24 hours Civ 5 has shut down whilst trying to load. Bit annoying because the game is virtually done! AD 2080, or thereabouts and I was looking for a victory? What could be the cause of this? In the messageBox it asks for a debugger? Any ideas? All the necessary criteria for the game has been met and I have Win7. Please and thanks....Dave.
May I add? Is there a way to cut short a game other than Just not playing similar to resigning as in one Civ you could? Cheers.

The game was only up to AD2027 so I tried to load an earlier save of AD2021. It loaded OK! The game was on "Ring" map. So it could be something to do with that?
